BREAKING: Campaign Staffer Alva Johnson Drops Lawsuit Accusing Trump of Forcible Kissing

Former campaign staffer Alva Johnson said on Wednesday that she is dropping her lawsuit accusing President Trump of forcibly kissing her during the 2016 election.

“I’m fighting against a person with unlimited resources, and repeatedly the judicial system has failed to find fault in his behavior,” Alva Johnson told The Daily Beast on Wednesday. “That’s a huge mountain to climb.”

In February Alva Johnson, 43, a former staffer to Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign claimed candidate Trump kissed her without consent at a small gathering just before a Florida rally, an encounter she says still haunts her and causes her anguish.

And she wanted money.

Ms. Johnson appeared on fake news MSNBC in February and cried as she recalled her traumatic encounter with Donald Trump.

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes spoke to Alva Johnson and she broke down in tears as she recounted how she felt after the Billy Bush tape was released.

” So when I heard the audio (Billy Bush tape) I was screaming in my car, I’m like ‘oh my God that exactly what he did to me.’”

“I never went back to work…I was afraid,” Johnson said.

In June, a judge dismissed the complaint filed by Alva Johnson against President Trump.

According to Politico, U.S. District Court Judge William Jung tossed out Alva Johnson’s complaint, saying in his 15-page order that “the complaint presents a political lawsuit, not a tort and wages lawsuit.”

Jung added, “If plaintiff wishes to make a political statement or bring a claim for political purposes, this is not the forum.”

Another one bites the dust.
