The crisis continues to get worse.

A California man who answered a Craigslist ad for a driver has been arrested on federal charges.

Christopher Egbert was charged with “alien smuggling” after he was arrested for driving 5 illegal aliens.

Egbert claims he did not know the 5 passengers were illegal aliens when he responded to the driving job.
