Nunes Says He Has Finally Seen Rosenstein’s ‘Scope Memo’ – Suggests it Was Based on Hillary Clinton’s Junk Dossier (VIDEO)

Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) told Sean Hannity Wednesday night that he has “finally” seen Rosenstein’s ‘scope memo’ which authorized Mueller to go on a fishing expedition.

Republican lawmakers in the House have fiercely fought to get their hands on the unredacted scope memo — conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch also sued to have the memo released.

Only a heavily redacted version of the scope memo has been released to the public.

Nunes suggested that the August 2 2017 ‘scope memo’ written by then-DAG Rod Rosenstein shows Hillary’s phony dossier permeated the special counsel’s investigation.

“Because ultimately that Steele dossier permeated all the way through, ultimately to the Special Counsel,” said Nunes. “And I’ll just close with this tonight — That is I was finally able to see the scope memo and remember, I had these concerns that it was based upon the Steele dossier.”

Nunes said he couldn’t divulge what was in the scope memo because it’s still classified, but he suggested Hillary’s dossier was very relevant to Mueller’s investigation.

Nunes continued, “And look, I can’t talk about what was in there but we know from the Mueller report, or from what Judge Sullivan put out that it was probably largely based on the Steele dossier.”
