Ilhan Omar’s Fixer Admits in Email They Get MN Star-Tribune to Kill Anti-Ilhan Stories …Update: Star-Tribune Denies the Allegations

Last week Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was ordered to pay a $500 civil fine for violating campaign finance law.

Omar had to pay an additional $3,469 fine for improperly used campaign funds.

But the investigation into Ilhan Omar and the findings released by the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board revealed something even more serious.

It appears Ilhan Omar may have filed fraudulent federal and state tax returns.

Michelle Malkin immediately jumped into the fray and called Ilhan Omar out on her fraudulent marriage to her brother and how she filed joint tax returns with a man who she was not married to.

Ilhan Omar knows she is in a bind after breaking federal law for several years.

Now this…
During online discussions this week Ilhan Omar’s ‘fixer’ Ben Goldfarb admitted that Ilhan Omar has been successful in getting the Minneapolis Star-Tribune to kill anti-Ilhan reports.

The Gateway Pundit reached out to The Star-Tribune about Goldfarb’s accusations and we are waiting for a response.

UPDATE— (Monday 6-17) Steve Yaeger, the Chief Marketing Officer at the Star-Tribune Media Co. wrote us back with this response: “Thanks for the opportunity to comment on this item. In short, this is a ridiculous claim. No public official dictates or “shuts down” Star Tribune’s coverage of them – period.”
