BREAKING: Federal Prosecutors Accuse Roger Stone of Violating Gag Order – By Commenting on Something They Say Has Nothing to Do with His Case

Earlier today federal prosecutors filed a motion in response to a complaint by Roger Stone and his attorneys.

Roger Stone requested proof that Russians hacked the DNC server, as was reported in the Mueller report. Stone claims if the Russians didn’t hack the DNC, his case should be dismissed.

As we’ve pointed out…. the entire fake Russia collusion narrative was based on the fairy tale that Russia hacked the DNC and then provided the stolen emails to WikiLeaks.

Roger Stone is out to prove that this narrative is a total fabrication.

The government has provided no evidence that the Russians hacked the DNC to date.

The government on Thursday filed motion that their lack of evidence that the Russians hacked the DNC has NOTHING to do with his case  — Which is absurd!

Later today the government filed a new motion that Roger Stone’s bail be revoked because he commented on this very issue on social media although in actuality all he did was re-post the headlines.

Roger has not commented on the case, the Mueller report, the prosecution, or the court or the Judge.

Roger Stone told The Gateway Pundit he does not believe he has violated the gag order.

Stone added, “How can my commenting on matters the government say are irrelevant to my case violate the gag order not to comment on matters relevant to my case?”

Good question!

Federal prosecutors on Thursday accused Roger Stone of violating a gag order imposed by corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson.

The feds filed a motion to Judge Amy Berman Jackson requesting an immediate hearing, citing Roger Stone’s recent social media posts.
