House Speaker Nancy Pelosi just mocked socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in a ‘60 Minutes’ interview on CBS on Sunday.
When confronted by ’60 Minutes’ host Lesley Stahl about the push-back that Pelosi is receiving from socialists like ‘AOC and her group,’ Pelosi fired back, ‘That’s like 5 people.’
This isn’t the first time that Pelosi has publicly mocked Ocasio-Cortez.
Pelosi mocked the 29-year-old socialist in a ‘USA Today’ interview in early April. Pelosi told USA Today, ‘While there are people who have a large number of twitter followers, what’s important is that we have large numbers of votes on the floor of the House.”
