President Trump finally broke his silence on the disgusting media smear campaign against the Covington Catholic students.
In a tweet posted Monday night, President Trump said the students were treated unfairly and smeared by the media.
The President named the main student being smeared — Nick Sandmann.

The media smear campaign of the Covington Catholic students created a very dangerous situation for the teens and their families.
The innocent students and their families were doxxed and harassed by leftists on social media over a selectively edited video — they even received death threats.
The Covington Catholic teens were harassed and bullied by black racists at the Lincoln Memorial over the weekend. A Native American activist walked up to the boys and began beating a drum in their faces, but the media accused the teens of ‘mobbing’ the Indian.
Twitter allowed verified, blue checkmark accounts to call for the murder, targeted harassment and violent assault of these minor high school children.
Michael Buchanan, who goes by the stage name “House Shoes’ is a Los Angeles DJ who took to his Twitter account this weekend and called for the Covington Catholic children to be burned alive: “LOCK THE KIDS IN THE SCHOOL AND BURN THAT BITCH TO THE GROUND.”
Twitter took no action against Jack Morrissey, a Hollywood Producer who took to his Twitter account and called for the Catholic teens to be murdered in a violent, gruesome manner by being thrown into a woodchipper.
Failed actor and ‘comedian’ Ben Hoffman, who goes by the stage name ‘Wheeler Walker Jr.,’ called for violent sexual crimes to be committed against the minor teens and even offered a reward to whoever can stalk and find the minor child and “punch him in the nuts.”
The media is continuing their smear campaign of Covington Catholic High School by posting old photos of the students attending a ‘blackout’ basketball game with black paint on their faces, accusing them of ‘black face’ and racism.
Trump supporters responded to the President on Monday and encouraged him to invite the Catholic teens to the White House.
