A holy imam was caught on camera whipping young boys at mosque with a rubber hose.
This was filmed during their Koran lessons.
The imam was filmed whipping the boys on their palm after they failed at their lessons.
This is very disturbing video.
The koran (quran) teacher was reportedly arrested after the video went viral in Pakistan.
