The same woman who accused creepy porn lawyer of domestic violence last week and had him arrested has now filed for a restraining order against Avenatti.

The Blast exclusively reported:

The woman who accused Michael Avenatti of domestic violence has now filed for a restraining order against the attorney.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, actress Mareli Miniutti filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Avenatti Monday in Los Angeles.

Miniutti is an actress in her 20s, originally from Estonia, and most recently scored a cameo in “Ocean’s Eight.”

Michael Avenatti fired off a tweet Monday night denying the domestic violence allegations against him.

“I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts. I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated,” Avenatti said in a tweet Monday night.

Creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti was arrested Wednesday for domestic violence.

TMZ reported last week:

Our law enforcement sources say Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after a woman filed a felony DV report. We’re told her face was “swollen and bruised” with “red marks” on both cheeks.

Our sources say the alleged incident occurred Tuesday night, but there was another confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A.

We’re told Wednesday afternoon the woman was on the sidewalk on her cellphone with sunglasses covering her eyes, sobbing and screaming on the phone, “I can’t believe you did this to me. I’m going to get a restraining order against you.”

Avenatti has had rough few weeks.

The creepy porn lawyer was hit with a $4.85 million judgement last month and evicted from his Newport Beach, CA office for nonpayment of 4 months rent.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley also criminally referred Avenatti to the DOJ and FBI for investigation twice over potential false statements to the Committee.

All in all Michael Avenatti seems like a perfect Democrat presidential candidate for a 2020 run.
