Former Hillary Clinton Spox Posts Veiled Threat, Vows ‘Attempted Rapist’ ‘Kavanaugh Will Not Serve for Life’

Brian Fallon, a spokesman for Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign posted a veiled threat to Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh Thursday night,  calling him an “attempted rapist”and vowing, ” Kavanaugh will not serve for life.”

Fallon also worked as a top communications aide at the Department of Justice for then Attorney General Eric Holder and before that Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

Fallon currently holds the position of Executive Director of We Demand Justice, a front group for the liberal big money group Democracy Alliance, according to the Free Beacon.

Fallon wrote on Twitter, “If Senate GOP ignores Dr. Blasey Ford and tries to muscle an attempted rapist onto the Supreme Court: 1. They will pay dearly this November. 2. Senators up in 2020 (Collins, Gardner et al) will feel intense heat for next two years. 3. Kavanaugh will not serve for life.”

Fallon has continued to post tweets since his, “Kavanaugh will not serve for life”, veiled threat without adding a clarification to make clear he means the impeachment of Kavanaugh. As a professional wordsmith, Fallon knows  how the ambiguity plays. Kavanaugh and his family have been receiving death threats in recent weeks as the nomination process was upended by the leak of an uncorroborated high school era sexual assault accusation against Kavanaugh by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.

Last year a Democrat supporter grievously wounded Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) while attempting the mass murder of Republican congressmen and senators at baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia. Several others were wounded in the attack.
