A 13 month sentence was imposed on the same day as Robinson’s arrest in May for filming outside a grooming gang trial in Leeds. On Wednesday it was struck down by Lord Chief Justice Burnett and two other judges.
But Tommy Robinson’s troubles are not over.
Robinson was banned from Twitter for his outspoken defense of England and his harsh remarks on radical Islam.

And on Tuesday Tommy Robinson was banned from Facebook’s Instagram.
Tommy Robinson has become the latest in a list of far-right activists who have had their social media accounts closed.
Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon, has now been banned from instagram.
He follows shock jock Alex Jones from Infowars and controversial Milo Yiannopoulos who have both been silenced.
Robinson, 35, was already banned from Twitter in March this year, supposedly for breaching its ‘hateful conduct’ policy. However his Facebook and YouTube pages remain active.
