BREAKING=> Chairman Goodlatte: Peter Strzok Has Been Subpoenaed to Testify PUBLICLY Before Congress Next Tuesday

Disgraced FBI official, Peter Strzok has been subpoenaed by Chairman Goodlatte to publicly testify before a joint House Judiciary and House Oversight hearing on Tuesday, July 10 at 10 AM EST.

Strzok appeared voluntarily to Capitol Hill last Wednesday as a way to evade a subpoena and gave a closed-door deposition.

The House Judiciary promised they would compel Strzok to testify publicly and here we are.

House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte announced Tuesday: Just Announced 🚨: Peter Strzok has been subpoenaed to testify publicly before a joint @HouseJudiciary & @GOPoversight hearing on Tuesday, July 10, at 10AM.

Strzok’s deposition last week was a disaster; according to Congressmen present, he was “smug” and “defiant” and laughed off questions from lawmakers.

House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte said Wednesday evening in an appearance on Fox News that, “Unfortunately the FBI counsel in the room has instructed Mr. Strzok not to answer many, many questions.”

Goodlatte said the FBI Counsel advising Strzok to refuse to answer pertinent questions is “inappropriate” and “not helpful” to their investigation.

Rep. Ron DeSantis, who attended Strzok’s deposition, told Sara Carter on Wednesday that “It was a waste—Strzok is full of it and he kept hiding behind [the] classified information excuse.”

Peter Strzok was escorted out of the FBI building a few weeks ago and lost his security clearance, however; he is still employed in Human Resources.
