BREAKING: Horowitz Reveals Release Date of Much-Anticipated IG Report — ON TRUMP’S BIRTHDAY!

Inspector General Horowitz sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley on Thursday revealing he will be releasing his much-anticipated report on the FBI’s (mis)handling of Hillary’s email investigation on June 14th.

Horowitz is also set to testify in a Congressional hearing on June 18th.

June 14th is President Donald J. Trump’s birthday.

“Thank you for inviting me to testify on June 18th before the Senate Judiciary Committee on June 18, 2018 about the findings in the Office of the Inspector General’s forthcoming review of the allegations regarding various actions of the FBI and DOJ prior to the 2016 election,” Horowitz began in his letter to Senator Grassley.

“Additionally, prior to the June 18 hearing, the OIG intends to release our report publicly and to provide the report’s classified appendix to our oversight committees. We will release the report as soon as we complete the OIG’s ordinary processes for the review and classification of such reports, which we have been following and which we described to you in our letter on May 16, 2018.” Horowitz continued.

Inspector General Horowitz concluded his letter by stating he “anticipates releasing the report on June 14.”

Inspector General Michael Horowitz informed lawmakers three weeks ago on Capitol Hill his much-anticipated 400 page report on the FBI’s handling of Hillary Clinton’s email investigation entered the final stages.

Lawyers for the subjects included in the report were given a draft copy to prepare rebuttals for their clients which is what partially led to delays in releasing the report to the public.

The Senate Judiciary Committee was supposed to hold a hearing on the Inspector General’s report on June 5th.

The release date of the IG report keeps getting pushed back which prompted President Trump to fire off a tweet this week asking, “What is taking so long?”

“Numerous delays. Hope Report is not being changed and made weaker!” Trump said in a tweet on Tuesday.

Lawmakers also warned Tuesday the Inspector General is being pressured to slow walk and redact significant portions of his much-anticipated report on the FBI’s (mis)handling of the Clinton investigation.

Sources are saying the report on the FBI’s 7th floor under Comey’s Directorship is absolutely damning and “worse than expected.”
