On Sunday, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) suggested a Senate Panel look into McCabe’s firing to make sure “it wasn’t politically motivated.”
Lindsey Graham told CNN’s Jake Tapper on Sunday that we need transparency on McCabe’s firing:
“I think we owe it to the average American to have a hearing in the Judiciary Committee, where Mr. Sessions, Attorney General Sessions, comes forward with whatever documentation he has about the firing, and give Mr. McCabe a chance to defend himself. I believe, when it comes to this issue, we need as much transparency as possible to make sure it wasn’t politically motivated.”
McCabe’s firing was not politically motivated; people deep within the Justice Department recommended McCabe be fired because he ‘lacked candor, including under oath multiple times.’
McCabe also illegally leaked information to the press.
As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor reported, Fox News’ Adam Housley said that the Inspector General-Office of Professional Responsibility report had uncovered “tons of stuff” on McCabe unrelated to the Trump investigation and that McCabe’s firing was a morale boost to FBI agents.
Adam Housley also reported the investigation into McCabe was not political and it started BEFORE Trump became president.
Housley also confirmed this had nothing to do with Trump’s tweets or Nunes’ memo and said much more will be revealed in the much-anticipated IG report which will be released shortly.
As usual, Lindsey Graham is on the side of Deep State operatives.
