UH-OH: POTUS Trump Hints Comey Knows ‘Much More’ About McCabe’s ‘Lies’ & ‘Leaks’

On Friday evening, Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Andrew McCabe on the recommendation of FBI disciplinary officials.

In a statement, Sessions said, “Both the OIG and FBI OPR reports concluded that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor − including under oath − on multiple occasions.”

“The FBI expects every employee to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and accountability.”

“As the OPR proposal stated, ‘all FBI employees know that lacking candor under oath results in dismissal and that our integrity is our brand’,” Sessions added.

Hours later, President Trump took to Twitter to laud the move.

“Andrew McCabe FIRED, a great day for the hard working men and women of the FBI – A great day for Democracy. Sanctimonious James Comey was his boss and made McCabe look like a choirboy. He knew all about the lies and corruption going on at the highest levels of the FBI!”

On Saturday, President Trump fired off more tweets about the disgraced FBI official.

“As the House Intelligence Committee has concluded, there was no collusion between Russia and the Trump Campaign. As many are now finding out, however, there was tremendous leaking, lying and corruption at the highest levels of the FBI, Justice & State. #DrainTheSwamp,” Trump tweeted.

Later, Trump called out the ‘Fake News’ media over its coverage of McCabe’s firing, while hinting Comey knows a lot more about FBI corruption than anyone is leading on.

“The Fake News is beside themselves that McCabe was caught, called out and fired. How many hundreds of thousands of dollars was given to wife’s campaign by Crooked H friend, Terry M, who was also under investigation? How many lies? How many leaks? Comey knew it all, and much more!”
