The U.S. military was investigating several suspicious packages discovered at various military outposts around Washington, D.C. on Monday.

An arrest was made Monday night in connection to the suspicious packages.
The suspect is expected to make a court appearance on Tuesday.
One package tested positive of explosive materials.
