The alleged driver is in custody following an incident where a car hit and wounded several pedestrians and a bicyclist in New York City near the World Trade Center at Liberty Street and Broadway. Six injured were reported as transported to hospitals.

Photos and video show the aftermath. It appears there are two car crashes at the scene. One where a car jumped the curb and hit several pedestrians, and second crash in which a bicyclist was run over in the middle of an intersection.
