BREAKING – Rape Charges Dropped Against Illegal Alien in Rockville High School Case

Rockville, MD – Approximately 2 months after charges were first filed against two illegal aliens at Rockville High School students accused of brutally gang raping a 14-year-old girl in a school bathroom, the charges have been dropped.

Via WBALTV:

In Montgomery County District Court Friday morning, prosecutors officially dropped the rape charges against a 17-year-old student, who was charged as an adult, and they confirmed that the rape case against 18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian “is in the process of being dropped.”

“After a complete and thorough assessment of the facts, our duty is to determine whether sufficient evidence exists to support criminal charges in violation of Maryland law, regardless of public opinion or political pressures,” Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy said.

“I commend the State’s Attorney’s Office for doing the correct thing and dropping the rape charges, because obviously, this young girl was not raped, as we stated from the beginning. It was a consensual act between two juveniles,” said Maria Mena, a defense attorney for the 17-year-old student.

The Montgomery County state’s attorney never used the word “consensual” and never said the girl recanted her story.

But! It’s not over because prosecutors are going after these 2 men for ‘child pornography’ charges…remember, the victim is only 14 years old and one of the men accused is 18!

But it is not over yet. Prosecutors filed new child pornography charges against both the students, which Mena called egregious.

“(If) they’re going to charge our client, then they should also charge her, because she was the maker of this and the distributor,” Mena said.

“With reference to the 17-year-old, that matter now lies within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, and as a result, I have no further comment on the matter based on the confidentiality laws that attend to that matter,” McCarthy said.

Sanchez-Milian is expected to have his first court date on the child pornography charges in 90 days.
