Conservatives immediately gave Howard Dean a lesson on the First Amendment and how it works. Hint: there is no such thing as ‘hate speech’. The First Amendment was designed to especially protect ‘offensive speech’. That’s the point of the First Amendment, but what should we expect from a mentally ill liberal who hates the Constitution?
