VIDEO: Chuck Schumer Predicted Illegal Intel Leaks on Trump in Veiled Threat Back in January

Chuck Schumer Seemed To Know About Upcoming Intel Leaks

It appears that Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer knew the intelligence community was about to illegally leak something on the Trump administration in January when he appeared on MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show.

The Senate Minority leader suggested with a slight grin that U.S. intelligence agencies could “get back at” President Trump after he publicly criticized the legitimacy of the intelligence community’s probe into the so called ‘Russian hacks’ of Democratic party officials.

Maddow specifically brought up a tweet that then President-Elect Trump had sent out that read: The “Intelligence” briefing on so-called “Russian hacking” was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build a case. Very strange!”

Schumer responded by saying:

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you. So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he is being really dumb to do this.”

Schumer then went on to say that he was told that the intelligence community is not happy about the way Trump has called them out. He then went on to talk about how it’s because of the intelligence community that we know about the alleged “Russian hacks.”
