The New Black Panther Party and KKK racists held dueling protests Saturday in Charleston, South Carolina.
Police separated the race groups and protected the KKK members from angry protesters.

The old Socialist Nazi was having trouble and the black officer helped him up the stairs.

In a moving act captured by a photographer, a black police officer came to the aid of an elderly white man wearing a Nazi t-shirt during a Ku Klux Klan rally in South Carolina.
In the photo, provided to the Associated Press by Rob Godfrey, officer Leroy Smith helps an unidentified man wearing National Socialist Movement attire up the stairs of the South Carolina statehouse during a rally on Saturday.
Hundreds of people taunted each other on the grounds of the South Carolina Statehouse during separate rallies staged by two groups from outside the state.
