More American blood on President Barack Obama’s hands.
An admitted illegal alien from Mexico confessed to a crime spree in Ohio on Monday when in a matter of hours he tried to rape his 14-year-old niece in a park, shot and wounded a mother walking a bike path with her children, shot a woman to death in her home and fired his gun at police when they tried to capture him, according to police.

All this took place after Border Patrol refused to arrest Razo when contacted by Lake County Sheriff’s deputies who investigated him on July 7 for being in a suspicious vehicle even though he confessed to the deputies that he was in the country illegally, reported WEWS-TV.
WEWS also reported that Razo would likely have been held by ICE under the Secure Communities program that the Obama administration canceled last November. An ICE spokesman told WEWS that ICE would take custody of Razo if and when he is released by Lake County officials.
Juan Emmanuel Razo is being held on $10 million bail set Tuesday afternoon by a judge who exclaimed in court he has no idea who Razo really is because he no identification papers, reported WKYC-TV.
“Razo could not produce a driver’s license, a green card, a birth certificate nor any kind of identification.
“”How in the hell do I even know it’s him?” (Judge Michael) Cicconetti said loudly.
“When Cicconetti heard what the further charges were likely to be, he remarked “I can’t set a bond high enough” and set it at $10 million.
…”Razo was charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a woman who was walking on the Greenway Corridor bike path with two children. She was shot in the left arm and was treated at TriPoint Medical Center.
“Prosecutors and the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said at the arraignment that they are expecting to further charge Razo with the attempted rape in Concord of a 14-year-old girl, the murder of Margaret “Peggy” Kostelnik in her home on Ravenna Road and with shooting at law enforcement officers when they tried to apprehend him Monday afternoon.
“Prosecutors and the sheriff’s deputies stated in court that Razo “gave a full confession to deputies.”
“Razo was represented by a public defender who entered a “not guilty” plea on his behalf.”
WEWS reported a timeline of Razo’s crime spree in the small Ohio town that can be read here.
