Two St. Louis County police officers were shot early Thursday morning outside the Ferguson police station.

According to the Washington Post a gun was recovered.

This fits the description of 20 year-old Jeffrey Williams.
The zip code is 63136 which is Jennings next to Ferguson.
He was arrested for stolen credit card.

Williams said he was shooting at someone else when he just happened to hit the police.

Bob McCulloch announced 20 year-old Jeffrey Williams as Shooter.
Charged with firing shots. The charge is assault in the first degree.
Charged with three counts of armed criminal action.
Weapon was recovered.
Williams told police he fired the shots.
Williams is African-American.
Williams was a regular protester.
He was on probation.
