The City of Clayton, Missouri sent out tips on emergency preparations in case of violent demonstrations.
The St. Louis County Court is located in downtown Clayton. Â The Clayton grand jury is currently reviewing Michael Brown’s shooting death.
The memo gives local residents website addresses in case of an emergency situation in the community.

The entire St. Louis region is living in fear in anticipation of the Michael Brown grand jury decision.
According to local sources, the FBI and local police are preparing for massive violent unrest when the decision is made public.
Officer Darren Wilson is not expected to be charged in Brown’s death.
