Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) tore into IRS Commissioner John Koskinen at a House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee hearing Wednesday in Washington DC. The hearing was a continuation of the investigation of IRS targeting of conservative groups.

Koskinen brought his familiar smirk with him to the hearing today.
