Barack Obama told reporters in Seoul, Korea today that he would “absolutely save Putin from drowning” if he had to.
This came after a 6-year-old girl wrote in to Vladamir Putin asking if he thought the American president would save him if he were drowning.
But, Obama turned his back when Americans were dying in Benghazi.
He went to bed.
