Rep. Trey Gowdy told Bill Hemmer on America’s Newsroom this morning that Lois Lerner will be held in contempt of Congress “no matter what.”
“Well, we’re going to hold her in contempt no matter what. But that’s a separate issue. That’s because she waved her Fifth Amendment privilege and won’t answer our questions.”
