Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) attacked Hobby Lobby and the other 40 American businesses who are challenging the Supreme Court on the HHS contraception mandate. Moore says the First Amendment only protects churches, schools and places of worship.
Huh?
“I think that the First Amendment, we revere it. It protects the rights of religious schools, churches, places of worship. And I think the sanctity of that is something we all appreciate as Americans. The Hobby Lobby is not one of those institutions. And the Affordable Care Act says that everyone ought to have basic health care.”
Obviously, Rep. Moore needs to brush up on her Constitution and the First Amendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It’s not clear which Alinsky book she found her version of the First Amendment.
