Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) went off on Democratic Rep. Jim Cooper during Wednesday morning’s House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing for decrying the proceedings as a “partisan” “kangaroo court.”
“No witness here today has been cut off… ‘Kangaroo courts’ is quite an accusation, and I hope the gentleman from Tennessee, when he uses the term ‘kangaroo courts,’ in the future, will think better of making an accusation.”
Ouch!
It’s unbelievable, really.
The federal government spent millions to create a crappy website that doesn’t work and when officials were confronted on this massive failure Democrats call it a “kangaroo court.” You just can’t make this stuff up.
