Donald Trump Announcement: Obama Must Release College & Passport Records (Video)

Via WTVR:
If Pres. Obama releases his birth certificate, college records or passport application Trump says he will give $5 million to a charity.
He will release the charity money immediately after Obama releases his college transcripts and passport records.

The caveat he says, is that they have to be submitted by Oct. 31.
