54 Year-Old(?) Eureka Man Arrested For Threatening President Obama on Jan. 7, 2009 When Bush Was President

So this crackpot is 54 years old?

54?… Really? (MyFOX Boston)

A Eureka man was arrested for sending a threatening letter to the president on January 7 2009… When George W. Bush was still president.
CBS 47 reported, via Free Republic:

An indictment filed by a federal grand jury accuses a Northern California man of sending a letter threatening to kill President Barack Obama.

Court documents state 54-year-old Roger Hudnall of Eureka made the threat in a letter mailed Jan. 7, 2009.

It’s not clear from court documents whether Hudnall has an attorney. Wednesday’s indictment says he’s currently in state custody on another conviction.

The San Francisco Chronicle says Hudnall previously served federal prison time for mailing a threatening letter containing white powder to the FBI’s San Francisco office in 2002.

There’s obviously more to this story than what is being reported.
