Half a Million Americans Attend Tax Day Tea Party Protests

According to this latest tally St. Louis had the fifth largest Tax Day protest in the country!

Pajamas Media reported, via Instapundit:

The estimated number of participants in yesterday’s tea parties — sent in by citizen journalists who signed up to the site to enter attendance data from the event they participated in — currently stands at more than 551,000.


Bill Hennessy and Dana Loesch did a great job organizing the St. Louis event.

UPDATE: It looks like the number is closer to 686,000 in attendance at the Tea Party rallies.
