Breaking: US Airways Jet Goes Down in Hudson River (Video)

Birds took out the engines.
The plane was en route to Charlotte, N.C., from New York City.

A US Airways plane has crashed into the Hudson River, sending passengers fleeing for safety in the frigid waters.

The passengers escaped the plane on its wing.

The passengers are currently being quarantined.
The pilot tried to return to the airport when the plane fell into the Hudson.
One of the passengers said that he heard a lot of “Hail Mary’s” when the plane started heading towards the river.
I bet.
