Democrats have blocked drilling in ANWR every year since Bill Clinton vetoed the bill in 1995.
The Republican Congress voted to open up ANWR every single year they were in power.
The democrats killed it every year in the US Senate since 1995.
And, they wonder why they have a record low approval rating?
