A terrorist disguised as a shepherd blew himself up in Iraq today.
The New York Times reported:

In Baquba, the capital of Diyala Province to the north, a suicide bomber blew himself up near a police command center downtown, security officials said, killing six and wounding 10. The bomber was disguised as a shepherd and was herding sheep toward a checkpoint when he blew himself up, Reuters reported.

“There was nothing suspicious about him because it’s an open, agricultural area and it’s normal for shepherds to be around here,” a Diyala police official, Lt. Ali Jassim, said, according to Reuters.
