Code Pink’s favorite antiwar Marine and the media’s favorite antiwar hero faces a difficult battle. The cold-blooded accuser could soon be facing the innocent Haditha Marines he charged with murder in court. 
Code Pink co-founder Gael Murphy and DC coordinator Allison Yorra met with Congressman Murtha earlier in 2006 to thank him for his courageous stand against the US in the War in Iraq. Code Pink awarded Murtha with their highest honor- the Pink Badge of Courage.
John Murtha will likely face at least one of the innocent Haditha marines in court demanding justice for his disgraceful accusations of cold-blooded murder against them. It was announced earlier that Staff Sgt Wuterich was going to be permitted to proceed with his defamation suit against Congressman Murtha.
