African Leaders have banded together and asked the rich Western Nations to promote a “tech tax” on their citizens to help the poor struggling Africa nations. This idea came up not too long ago at the UN during the tsunami crisis. Undersecretary of the UN, Jan Egaland, from socialist Norway, proposed a “world tax” on “stingy” rich nations during the tsunami crisis. It is not clear on who is to be in charge of such funds, the ever responsible UN, or one of the dictatorships of the grief stricken continent?
