This became clear during yesterday’s Washington D.C.-based disbarment hearing of former Trump DOJ official and co-RICO defendant in Fulton County, Jeffrey Clark.

Breaking: “Campaign Finance Mule” Investigative Reporter/Researcher Peter Bernegger Arrested on Day of Wisconsin Primary – Charged With Rarely Used Crime

Wisconsin investigative reporter and researcher Peter Bernegger of Election Watch Incorporated was arrested and booked by the Dane County Sheriff this morning for “Simulating Legal Process,” according to the Dane County Sheriff’s website. Bernegger was intricately involved in exposing election campaign “smurfs,” or donors who are believed to be unknowingly used to launder numerous small-dollar donations to political candidates. Bernegger previously told The Gateway Pundit that the “smurfing” scheme “looks like the largest money laundering scheme in the history of the country.” In March 2023, O’Keefe Media Group’s James O’Keefe interviewed several of these unsuspecting “smurfs” to see if they had donated large quantities of money to candidates and political action committees such as ACTBlue through numerous small-dollar donations. Of course, they hadn’t. These donations often amounted to thousands of dollars from “unemployed” (retired) seniors in numerous small donations.

138 Democrat Congressmen Sign Letter Against Amendment Allowing Certain Veterans to Own Firearms

Last week, a consortium of Democrat lawmakers in the House signed a joint letter suggesting infringements on certain veterans’ Second Amendment Rights because of a “mentally incompetent” diagnosis from Veterans Affairs (VA) rating agencies. The current regulation regarding VA pensions, 38 CFR 3.353, defines “mentally incompetent” as “A…person is one who because of injury or disease lacks the mental capacity to contract or to manage his or her own affairs, including disbursement of funds without limitation.” The “official determination” of mental incompetency is made by the VA rating agencies, who have “sole authority” in making such a determination. According to the regulation, the determination is made for purposes of insurance and disbursement of benefits. This regulation does not address “determinations of insanity,” as that is the very next code, 38 CFR 3.354, and not a subject of the bill’s amendment.

On April 27th, local pizzerias and bagel shops will be forced to replace their wood-burning or coal-burning ovens with more ‘green’ options or install expensive air filtration systems.

California US Senate Candidate Katie Porter Claims Her Election Against Adam Schiff and Steve Garvey was “Rigged”

On Super Tuesday, California advanced Adam Schiff and Steve Garvey to the 2024 general election to compete for the US Senate seat that was vacated after the passing of 90-year-old Dianne Feinstein while in office. California utilizes what is called a “jungle primary,” meaning all candidates from all parties are on the ballot for the primary voting, but only the top two vote-getters advance. In this case, both Schiff and Garvey, the former Dodgers first-baseman and 1974 National League MVP, advanced, each with over 30% of the vote. Rep.

Michigan State Board Members Warn State Homeschool Registration List is a Precursor to “Unwarranted Home Entry”

The government loves putting people on “lists.” They want a list of the vaccinated. A list of gun-owners. A list of individuals who make purchases involving the terms “MAGA” and “Trump”. And now, in Michigan, legislators and the attorney general are pushing for a list of parents who homeschool their children. But even more Orwellian, the dog-whistle is the possibility of “warrantless searches” for those who decide to homeschool their children in the Great Lakes State, according to one State Board of Education member.

Body Cam Footage of Florida Sheriff Deputy Imagined He Got Shot…Returns Fire at His Own Patrol Vehicle (Video)

On November 12th, 2023, Okaloosa County Sheriff Deputy Jesse Hernandez opened fire on his own patrol vehicle after calling out “shots fired!” and yelling that he was hit.  Reacting to the cries for help, another deputy, Sergeant Beth Roberts, also “used deadly force,” according to a story from ABC 3’s WEAR News.

The problem was that no one shot at Deputy Hernandez.  And Deputy Hernandez was not struck.

Newly released body-cam footage shows Deputy Hernandez approaching his patrol car at 9:29 am after detaining a suspect who’d been driving around in a car and “honking its horn and disrupting the peace since 3 am.”  A woman called the police claiming that her boyfriend, Marquis Jackson, had stolen a car and was texting her threats.  One of those threats involved a picture of what appeared to be a firearm suppressor pointing to the dash.

Jackson was detained and handcuffed in the back of the patrol vehicle while Deputy Hernandez was giving a Victim’s Rights form to the suspect’s girlfriend, who initially made the call for service.

In the body-cam footage, as Hernandez is walking past his passenger side door to do a secondary search of the detainee, you can hear a cracking sound that the deputy must have assumed was a gunshot.  He immediately hit the ground and rolled around briefly, screaming, “Shots fired!” several times.

Hernandez then rose to a kneeling position and shot approximately eleven rounds at his patrol car.  He fell to his side and took another six shots, and reloaded.  As he crawled to “safety” behind another vehicle in a nearby driveway, you could hear him grimacing and claiming he’d been hit.

After a few moments pass, you hear Hernandez call out, “I’m good…I feel weird, but I’m good.”  When asked where he’s hit, he says, “I don’t know…it might have hit my vest.”

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department determined the Nov. 12th shooting was not “objectively reasonable” on Hernandez’s behalf and he resigned on December 4th.  Sgt. Roberts was exonerated of her response to Hernandez’s call for help.
