Last month, former AZ gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and AZ Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem appealed their federal lawsuit seeking to ban electronic voting machines to the US Supreme Court with new allegations uncovered since the case was previously argued.

“Never ask a question to which you do not already know the answer” is an age-old unwritten ‘law’ in courtroom proceedings. The reason being is it could result in unexpected harm to one’s case. This became clear during yesterday’s Washington D.C.-based disbarment hearing of former Trump DOJ official and co-RICO defendant in Fulton County, Jeffrey Clark.

  Wisconsin investigative reporter and researcher Peter Bernegger of Election Watch Incorporated was arrested and booked by the Dane County Sheriff this morning for “Simulating Legal Process,” according to the Dane County Sheriff’s website. Bernegger was intricately involved in exposing election campaign “smurfs,” or donors who are believed to be unknowingly used to launder numerous small-dollar donations to political candidates. Bernegger previously told The Gateway Pundit that the “smurfing” scheme “looks like the largest money laundering scheme in the history of the country.” In March 2023, O’Keefe Media Group’s James O’Keefe interviewed several of these unsuspecting “smurfs” to see if they had donated large quantities of money to candidates and political action committees such as ACTBlue through numerous small-dollar donations. Of course, they hadn’t. These donations often amounted to thousands of dollars from “unemployed” (retired) seniors in numerous small donations.

  On January 30, 2023, Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, 75, was arrested and charged with the murder of riel Cuen-Buitimea. Cuen-Buitimea was crossing the border from his hometown of Nogales, Mexico, with a group of seven other illegal immigrants donning camouflage attire and rifles.

While the Ukraine conflict rages on and rumors run rampant about France potentially deploying up to 2,000 troops to Ukraine, according to Russian intelligence, the US Army yesterday issued a “Utilization of the Army Retiree Recall Program.” On March 20th, the US Army Publishing Directorate published ALARACT 017/2024. The title of the form is “Utilization of the Army Retiree Recall Program” and it cites Executive Order 13223 under “References”. Executive Order 13223 is a Bush-era EO from September 14, 2001 titled “Ordering the Ready Reserve of the Armed Forces to Active Duty and egating Certain Authorities to the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Transportation.” The 18-page PDF for the ALARACT, which stands for “All Army Activities”, contains a slide titled “Directorate of Military Personnel Management.” Under the first slide, it states: “What is a Retiree Recall? -A recalled retiree is a retired Soldier who is ordered to active

  On March 19th at a County Commission meeting in Brookings County, South Dakota, Rick Weible, an election integrity activist and founder of Midwest Swamp Watch, conducted a real-time exposé of ES&S ElectionWare software vulnerabilities. Sitting in front of the five board members present for the meeting, Weible began his presentation using just his laptop and a USB drive.

In February 2022, CNN Business reported the previous month’s US job growth on the first Friday of the month, as is customary. What isn’t as well-known is that just before the Bureau of Labor and Statistics report is released, the ADP Research Institute releases its own privately obtained data. The ADP handles the “payroll of about one-fifth of all privately-employed individuals in the US,” according to Investopedia. CNN Business reported on the ADP numbers as well.

Last week, a consortium of Democrat lawmakers in the House signed a joint letter suggesting infringements on certain veterans’ Second Amendment Rights because of a “mentally incompetent” diagnosis from Veterans Affairs (VA) rating agencies. The current regulation regarding VA pensions, 38 CFR 3.353, defines “mentally incompetent” as “A…person is one who because of injury or disease lacks the mental capacity to contract or to manage his or her own affairs, including disbursement of funds without limitation.” The “official determination” of mental incompetency is made by the VA rating agencies, who have “sole authority” in making such a determination. According to the regulation, the determination is made for purposes of insurance and disbursement of benefits. This regulation does not address “determinations of insanity,” as that is the very next code, 38 CFR 3.354, and not a subject of the bill’s amendment.

On Super Tuesday, California advanced Adam Schiff and Steve Garvey to the 2024 general election to compete for the US Senate seat that was vacated after the passing of 90-year-old Dianne Feinstein while in office. California utilizes what is called a “jungle primary,” meaning all candidates from all parties are on the ballot for the primary voting, but only the top two vote-getters advance. In this case, both Schiff and Garvey, the former Dodgers first-baseman and 1974 National League MVP, advanced, each with over 30% of the vote. Rep.

Harris County TX District Attorney Kim Ogg showed up to vote in today’s Super Tuesday primary, in which she is a candidate, only to be told that she had already cast a ballot. According to the Houston Chronicle, Ogg’s partner allegedly cast a ballot in her name during early voting: Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspethissued a statementon X, formerly known as , pointing out that voters are asked to review and confirm the information on the iPad screen when they are being qualified.

  American musician and producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit against rapper and hip-hop mogul Sean “P Diddy” Combs last week. The lawsuit also includes as defendants Combs’ son, Justin Dior Combs, Combs’ chief of staff Kristen Khorram, and several other individuals and record labels, such as Universal Music Group and Motown Records.

The Republican Primary is well underway in South Carolina and already there are reports of issues with voting tabulators in at least one precinct in Richland County.

  In 1983, Massachusetts passed a “first of its kind in the country” Right to Shelter law after a promise from then-governor Michael Dukakis, according to Boston University. The law guaranteed housing and certain amenities for families. Among the stipulations of that law, those families must be provided with refrigeration and basic cooking facilities.

Last week, a committee in the Colorado legislature voted along party lines to “postpone indefinitely” a bill that would have mandated sentencing minimums for convicted buyers of children for sexual exploitation. Surprising or not, the vote was on party lines despite the bill being co-sponsored by members of both parties, with the Democrats all voting against the passage of the bill to send it to the Appropriations Committee.

The government loves putting people on “lists.” They want a list of the vaccinated. A list of gun-owners. A list of individuals who make purchases involving the terms “MAGA” and “Trump”. And now, in Michigan, legislators and the attorney general are pushing for a list of parents who homeschool their children. But even more Orwellian, the dog-whistle is the possibility of “warrantless searches” for those who decide to homeschool their children in the Great Lakes State, according to one State Board of Education member.

During the run-up to the 2020 Presidential Election, election processes were changed to roll out “no excuse mail-in voting.” Some states even went as far as sending ballots to every voter on the voter registration roll. Most of these changes were made without the consent of the state legislatures, as mandated by the US Constitution in Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1.

  A Democrat operative and former Atlantic City council president was arrested last Thursday, February 1st, after being the alleged mastermind of a mail-in ballot fraud operation in the New Jersey city.   On Tuesday, the six-years-long federal case Curling v Raffensperger finally began. The case aims to move the Peach State away from the voting machines that create an unverifiable paper ballot where a voter’s intent is read through a QR code rather than the filled-in circles.

On Tuesday, the almost 7-years long pending federal case challenging the use of election machines in the State of Georgia will begin. And one name will be notably absent from the witnesses called to testify: the chief election supervisor, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Harrison Floyd was among the 19 individuals indicted in Georgia in the racketeering case brought by the politically charged Fulton County District Attorney. But after Floyd turned himself in on August 24th, 2023, he would become the only one of the 19 who was initially denied bail.

Last Wednesday, the Wisconsin legislature’s Committee on d Revenue, Elections, and Consumer Protection held a hearing regarding several bills, including Senate Bill 685 and Assembly Bill 567. These two bills would require municipalities to begin canvassing absentee ballots on the day before the election at 7am, noon, and 8pm, as well as on election day at the same times. The bills would also eliminate central counting for municipalities that use electronic voting machines and require the canvassing be done at individual polling places.

In 2005, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker famously co-chaired the Commission on Federal Election Reform, calling into question the potential for fraud via mail-in ballots. In the midst of calls for “universal mail-in balloting” and “no excuse absentee” prior to the 2020 Presidential Election, it was “fraught with fraud and coercion,” as then-Attorney General Bill Barr told Wolf Blitzer on CNN’s The Situation Room back in September 2020.

On December 7th, Hunter Biden was indicted on nine charges relating to tax evasion for failing to pay income taxes on “millions of dollars in income” from 2016-2020. These charges are in addition to three federal gun charges that were filed in September 2023. In total, the charges could result in more than a decade of prison time for Joe Biden’s son.

Today, Ron DeSantis and his wife, Casey, joined Martha MacCallum on FOX News to discuss the upcoming Iowa Caucus where DeSantis currently trails Nikki Haley by 7% and Donald Trump by 57%. During the interview, Casey encouraged voters to come from across the country to “be a part of” and “participate in” the Iowa Caucus.

On Friday afternoon, there was a draft resolution brought by the United Arab Emirates, and co-sponsored by 97 countries, calling for an “immediate humanitarian ceasefire” in the Israel-Hamas war. Chicago’s mayor, Brandon Johnson, and other local officials have come under immense scrutiny over the city’s disastrous “sanctuary city” status in the wake of Joe Biden’s reversal of successful Trump policies on the border, such as “remain in Mexico.” The Biden regime’s failure has resulted in over 5.8 million illegal crossings thus far, including hundreds of suspected terrorists. Both have recently taken plea deals with Powell pleading to six misdemeanors instead of the seven felonies she was initially charged with. Ellis pleaded to one felony count of “aiding and abetting false statements and writings” instead of two felony charges, including Count 1, the racketeering charge.
