As of 2023, Donald Trump faced four sham criminal indictments. Two of these indictments are on state charges (one in New York and one in Georgia), and two are on federal charges. These indictments encompass a total of 91 felony charges.
The New York indictment includes 34 criminal charges related to alleged falsifying business records, the Florida indictment involves 40 charges related to alleged mishandling classified documents, the Washington, D.C. indictment includes four charges related to attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the Georgia indictment includes 13 charges related to alleged attempts to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in Georgia.
