On Wednesday, a correspondent for Univision, an American Spanish-language free-to-air television network, confronted Kamala Harris about the buzz surrounding the awkward kiss between her husband and Jill Biden.
Kamala was caught off guard. As usual, her response to the question was a chuckle.
She did not answer the question and instead started talking about her husband’s trip to Poland.
“I haven’t seen the video,” Harris told correspondent Edwin Pitti.
“I don’t know… but I do know that the First Lady and the Second Gentleman are working arduously with what we are doing with my husband against antisemitism-very important.”
“He was just in Poland- in Krakow, and was visiting Auschwitz to visit- what we need to do in order to fight against hate. He fights against antisemitism but also against hatred towards immigrants. And sadly, we’ve seen that in our country. But the First Lady and the Second Gentleman are truly, truly concerned for many people that are overlooked and underrepresented,” she concluded.
