Siemens AG Chairman Jim Hagemann pushed a meatless future and encouraged people to stop eating meat.
“If a billion people stop eating meat, I tell you, it has a big impact. Not only does it have a big impact on the current food system, but it will also inspire innovation of food systems…” Hagemann said.
Hagemann predicted proteins that don’t come from animals will taste better.
Fake, lab grown, synthetic ‘meat’ will be healthier and taste better, according to Hagemann.
