MSNBC’s Frank Figliuzzi on Saturday said Joe Biden should invite the FBI into his home so agents can search his property for classified documents.
Figliuzzi said Biden should ‘consent’ to an FBI search before he trashed Donald Trump and accused him of withholding documents from the feds.
Consent?
The Justice Department actually decided against having FBI agents monitor a search by Joe Biden’s personal lawyers for classified documents, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Joe Biden’s personal lawyers do not have security clearances yet they were allowed to rummage through Joe Biden’s boxes of documents in search of top secret materials.
Biden’s White House Counsel was then allowed to facilitate the handing over of the documents to the DOJ.
“[The] two sides agreed that Mr. Biden’s personal attorneys would inspect the homes, notify the Justice Department as soon as they identified any other potentially classified records, and arrange for law-enforcement authorities to take them.” – The Wall Street Journal reported.
“If Biden wants to make an even stronger contrast between himself and Trump, there’s yet another step to take: Consent to a search of his properties,” Figliuzzi, a former FBI official wrote in an opinion piece this week.

Joe Biden STOLE the classified documents, improperly stored them AND covered up the crime when his lawyers supposedly ‘found’ the materials.
Joe Biden stored top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” (SCIF) designation at Penn Biden Center in DC (found on Nov. 2).
Lawyers discovered more classified documents at Joe Biden’s Delaware home – in the garage next to his Corvette (found on Dec. 20).
Additional documents stored in Biden’s library were discovered on January 12.

The story was leaked to CBS News.
When CBS contacted the White House for comment on their report on the Penn Biden Center, the DOJ did not reveal that a second trove of classified documents were also discovered at Biden’s home.
Not only did Biden steal the classified documents, the DOJ is fiercely working to cover up the scandal.
