Kevin McCarthy lost the second round of voting today for Speaker of the US House of Representatives.
GOP elites were FLOORED when 19 members voted against McCarthy. This is something that has not happened in 100 years.

Conservatives are rallying around Jim Jordan for Speaker.
The anti-McCarthy crowd is moving towards Jim Jordan — the OBVIOUS CHOICE for Speaker.
Conservatives will vote for Jim Jordan on third ballot too, per Bob Good. He told me he expects Jordan’s support to grow.
“And I think we’re gonna see his numbers grow.”
He said the fact that Jordan doesn’t want the gavel is “exactly” why they want him.

Jim Jordan is a favorite of conservatives, DC insiders, and average Americans. He is extremely likeable, bright, patriotic, and gets along with all factions of the party.
