Kari Lake is expected to retake the stage at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in Phoenix, Arizona, following the breaking news that an Arizona judge has sent her historic election lawsuit to trial.

Kari Lake gave her first major address since the stolen election Sunday night at AmericaFest, where she promised never to give up on her fight to secure Arizona’s elections. In an epic troll on the Fake News Media and the Radical Left, Kari Lake declared, “I identify as a proud election-denying deplorable, and my pronouns are I won.”
No honest person believes that Kari Lake lost this election to unpopular radical leftist Katie Hobbs.
A Runbeck whistleblower revealed in Lake’s lawsuit that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots had no chain of custody documentation. This is a shocking and massive violation of the law. Twenty-five thousand ballots were added to Maricopa County’s totals after election day with no explanation of why the number of remaining ballots could increase. Also, tens if not HUNDREDS of thousands of mail-in ballots with mismatched signatures were illegally counted in violation of Arizona law.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson ruled on the defendants’ motions to dismiss Kari Lake’s historic stolen election lawsuit. The trial is set for December 21 and 22.
Kari Lake is going to trial on the major chain of custody issue, which could overturn the election. The problems regarding fraudulent mail-in ballots and signature verification were tossed by the Judge.
