Joe Biden on Wednesday welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the White House.
Zelensky participated in a bilateral meeting with Joe Biden earlier in the day after his red carpet welcome.
Biden and Zelensky held a joint press conference before the Ukrainian president went over to the Capitol to lecture Congress.
Speaker Pelosi invited Volodymyr Zelensky to address Congress Wednesday evening.
“This flag is the symbol of victory of this war,” Zelensky said as he presented the Ukrainian flag to Speaker Pelosi and Kamala Harris.
“We stand. We fight,” he said, “And we will win because we stand united: Ukraine, America, and the entire free world.”

Zelensky blasted Congress for not giving Ukraine enough aid.
“We have artillery, yes. Thank you. We have it. Is it enough? Honestly, not really,” Zelensky said after Biden announced an additional $1.85 billion in military aid on Wednesday.
