The Gateway Pundit reported that on Thursday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Randall Warner announced Democrat Kris Mayes beat Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes in the race for Arizona’s Attorney General.

Abe’s race against radical leftist Kris Mayes was initially called by just 511 out of over 2.5 million votes. However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, a miscount of votes in Pinal County discovered hundreds of new votes for Hamadeh, bringing Mayes’ lead to just 280 votes.

This is not to mention the printer and tabulation failures on election day in Maricopa County that caused Election Day voters to be turned away from the polls and created long wait times of four hours or more.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the disenfranchisement of Republican Election Day voters in Maricopa County, where over 1.5 million voters turned out for the Attorney General contest.

According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh’s testimony on day one of Kari Lake’s recent election trial, this was an intentional act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates.

Abe Hamadeh tweeted yesterday that thousands of his voters were disenfranchised this election.

Katie Hobbs used her office to delay presenting recount results in court to deceive the court and because “they knew the results of the recount was going to show a LARGE discrepancy due to tabulation errors, ” says Abe.

12 News reported:

Lawyers for the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office have asked to delay presenting the results of recounts done for three election races that were too close to call following the state’s general election in November.

The candidates for attorney general, superintendent of public instruction, and Legislative District 13 didn’t earn enough votes to surpass Arizona’s threshold for triggering an automatic recount.

The results were scheduled to be presented during a court hearing on Dec. 22 but Katie Hobbs’ office is requesting more time to prepare the results, according to a motion recently filed by lawyers representing the agency.

“The Secretary has still not received final results from all of the counties, and once she receives them, her Office must have sufficient time to complete all necessary reconciliations and checks of the final numbers to ensure their accuracy,” the motion states.

Pinal County was the only county to have not yet submitted results as of Monday, according to the Secretary of State’s website. All counties must submit results before the secretary will provide them to the court.

Hamadeh tweeted:

Katie Hobbs and SOS Office abused our courts and made a mockery of the justice system. They knew the results of the recount was going to show a LARGE discrepancy due to tabulation errors and fought against our election contest knowing this. They deceived the courts.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake filed a notice of appeal in her lawsuit to overturn the election based on intentional misconduct on election day that disenfranchised thousands of Republican voters, missing chain of custody for hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, and fraudulent signatures on mail-in ballot affidavits.

Lake will also file her appeal today!
