National Democrat operative Ryan Macias is being torn to pieces by Kari Lake’s attorneys during Lake’s historic election lawsuit trial.
During his examination by Katie Hobbs’ attorneys, Macias was asked to provide whatever document he may be reading off of. Macias claimed he was not reading anything while speaking twice, but he clearly was as his eyes looked directly at the camera during questioning, and he looked to his right each time he gave a response.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Arizona Audit saboteur Ryan Macias will take the stand today in court. He was previously seen at the National Association of Secretaries of State along with Runbeck Election Service CEO Kevin Runbeck and staff for Katie Hobbs’ office.
Kari Lake’s historic lawsuit is packed with damning findings and allegations against Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs.

Lake is currently in trial with Maricopa County. The Gateway Pundit reported on the live-streamed trial. Watch here.
This trial is focused on the intentional misconduct that led to failures of ballot-on-demand printers and tabulators on election day and hundreds of thousands of ballots from Runbeck Election Services that lack chain of custody documentation.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, It was revealed by a Runbeck whistleblower in Kari Lake’s lawsuit contesting the stolen 2022 Election that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots transported to and from Runbeck did not have any chain of custody documentation.
Today’s cross-examination of Ryam Macias questioned him about a report he authored in January 2022 as a subject matter expert or “SME Election Security Consultant” with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
In Macias and CISA’s own words, “the integrity of the system and its data will be deemed untrustworthy,” and “a court of law can render the system and data inadmissible” when ballot chain of custody is broken.
The Gateway Pundit exclusively located this document after it was admitted in court.

- Chain of custody is a security consideration across all critical infrastructure
- Tracking control of data and assets to ensure transparency, accountability, and trust
Highlights impacts and risks from a broken chain of custody
- ‒ The integrity of the system and its data will be deemed untrustworthy
- ‒ A court of law can render the system and data inadmissible
- ‒ Inability to definitively determine if an actor has manipulated your systems or data
Chain of Custody
- Chain of custody is a process to track the movement and control of assets by documenting each person and organization who handled an asset, the date/time it was collected or transferred, and the purpose for the transfer.
- Chain of custody plays an important role in security and risk mitigation for critical infrastructure sectors and their assets
- Without secure chain of custody practices, critical infrastructure systems and assets could be unknowingly accessed and manipulated by threat actors
- The integrity of critical infrastructure assets and systems could also be questioned if critical infrastructure owners and operators are unable to prove otherwise
Broken Chain of Custody
- A break in the chain of custody refers to a period during which control of an asset (e.g., systems, data, or infrastructure) is uncertain and during which actions taken on the asset are unaccounted for or unconfirmed
- Breaks present opportunities for malicious activity that maycompromise the integrity of the asset
- The inability to provide evidence that a system has NOT been compromised results in the inability to determine if a malicious actor (or any actor for that matter) has gained access to and/or manipulated the systems and data

Attorneys are now preparing closing arguments. Watch here!
Because of the missing chain of custody documentation in Maricopa County’s 2022 Election, there is no way of knowing where the ballots came from and whether or not malicious activity occurred.
This entire election must be thrown out.
