Trump-Endorsed Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh shredded his opponent, radical pro-defund the police leftist Kris Mayes, during the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Attorney General Candidate Forum on Thursday, September 15.

“Stacey Champion is a kook, Kris… She has said all law enforcement officers equals killing black people, and I’ve not heard you denounce that,” Abe exclaimed while speaking about the Attorney General’s duty to support law enforcement and enforce Law and Order in Arizona.

Abe later told TGP, “Kris Mayes claims she does not support ‘Defund The Police’ but has surrounded herself with consultants and groups that have publicly supported this dangerous policy. Her media consultant has said vile things on social media about our police, and she has done nothing to disavow or detach herself from these groups and has yet to fire her consultant or rescind any endorsements — this is why law enforcement agencies from around the state overwhelmingly support Abe Hamedeh for Attorney General.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that liberal Kris Mayes, running for the Chief Law Enforcement Official in the State, does not even support law enforcement. Her campaign PR consultant, Stacey Champion, actually hates the police and has tweeted, “We live in a country where ‘law enforcement’ = killing black folks and arresting women who need to buy tampons.”

“Killing black folks and arresting women who need to buy tampons.” What the hell does that even mean?

Stacey Champion has also been an outspoken advocate for legalizing homeless street camping and for climate action with “an equity lens” while promoting her 2030 agenda.

These fear-mongering leftists don’t care about the truth or the law.

We recently reported that an Arizona Judge has ruled that the State can enforce its ban on abortion following the Supreme Court’s ruling on Roe v. Wade.

Abortion is now illegal in the State, and anybody can still buy tampons. And pro-choice women can also choose to abstain from sex or use legal contraceptives like condoms and birth control.

However, During the forum, Kris Mayes promised not to enforce any current Arizona abortion laws if she is elected.

Mayes also slammed Rep. Andy Biggs’ SB1487. Under this law, a member of the Arizona Legislature may request an investigation, and the Attorney General is required to investigate any official action adopted or taken by the governing body of a county, city, or town that a Legislator alleges is in violation of state law or the Arizona Constitution.

If the body is found to have violated the law, they are given 30 days to resolve the violation, or the State Treasurer shall withhold State shared revenues from the county, city, or town. Shared funds will not be returned to the county, city, or town until the violation is resolved.

As we reported, this law was previously used by State Senator Sonny Borrelli to force Maricopa County to comply with legal and enforceable subpoenas after the County defied the Legislature’s legal audit of the 2020 Election. However, weak AG Mark Brnovich compromised.

What other laws will she refuse to enforce?

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Kris Mayes RAN from our reporter–  just like Katie Hobbs did — when confronted about her radically anti-police staffers and support for twice-convicted racist Katie Hobbs.

Kris Mayes is also a woke former ASU professor and former fake news Arizona Republic reporter.

According to Mayes’ website, “since 2010, she has worked as a senior sustainability scientist at ASU’s School of Global Sustainability and teaches a course on energy law for the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.”

Abe Hamadeh, on the other hand, is a former Army Reserve intelligence officer and criminal prosecutor.

Hamadeh used her unqualified background and contempt for law enforcement officers against her in a slam-dunk response after she vowed not to enforce Arizona’s Statutes.

Hamadeh: It is offensive that I’m being lectured by a professor at ASU who sits behind a desk while I’ve taken that oath to not only uphold the Constitution as a prosecutor but to defend the Constitution as an Army officer — who’s actually served overseas. So, I’m being lectured here by someone who hasn’t lived in the real world. And I actually answered the questions Mike was giving me. I think all you went on was a tirade on abortion. And you didn’t mention the fact that Arizona does have some laws on the books saying, if you kill a pregnant woman, you can be charged for killing two people.

And I wonder if you’re going to be enforcing that, Kris. So, it becomes dangerous territory. The job of the Attorney General is to enforce the laws. We have the legislature for that reason. If you like local control, that’s exactly why the job of the legislature exists because they are the ones who pass and enact laws because they’re close to the people. When you were referring to 1487, of course, that was probably one of the best things that Andy Biggs did as Senate president was getting 1487 passed. The purpose of a government, these are political subdivisions, these cities and municipalities, and these counties. So, you have to understand the role of the government, and the role of state government is important. The purpose of government is to secure your rights.

And I keep hearing and too often, you know, talking about surrounding with crazies. Stacey Champion is a kook, Kris. If you look at her, she’s well known in this community. She wants to go after utilities, she called them racist, she says they kill people. She has said all law enforcement officers equals killing black people, and I’ve not heard you denounce that, and you still pay her on your roll. So you know, it’s shocking to see who you surround yourself with. But you look at what the business community, I keep hearing around: crazy is bad for business. Let me tell you what’s crazy. What’s crazy is needles in the streets of San Francisco. What’s crazy is the homelessness in Los Angeles, where they want to force hotels that have vacant rooms and to house homeless people. What’s crazy is the electricity grid and the rolling blackouts in California. That’s crazy. All I want Arizona to be is free and safe.
