ANOTHER WIN! Missouri v. Biden Lawsuit: Federal Judge ORDERS White House, Fauci, NIAID, and HHS to Turn Over HIDDEN Communications with Big Tech
Victories for freedom lovers have been aplenty in the Missouri v. Biden case. And this week is no different.
Gateway Pundit is the lead private plaintiff in the suit and we’ve been covering the suit from its inception.
TGP previously reported in May that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) against the Biden Administration, including Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries.
“Missouri and Louisiana just filed suit against Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, Dr. Fauci, and other top-ranking officials for allegedly colluding with social media companies to suppress freedom of speech under the guise of combating “misinformation.”” – Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced.
The suit alleges a massive coordinated effort by the Deep State (permanent administrative state) to work with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on issues including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among other issues.

In June, The Gateway Pundit had the honor and privilege to work with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office to offer extensive evidence of Big Tech’s large-scale censorship and coordination with the federal government.
Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a massive motion to prevent the Biden Administration from violating Americans’ First Amendment rights.
The Gateway Pundit provided a large amount of evidence of Big Tech’s censorship of the prominent news website to AG Schmitt’s Office, and the Attorney General filed the evidence with the Court.

The case reached a CRUCIAL turning point in July when AG Schmitt and his team won a huge victory.
They persuaded the federal judge to grant them limited discovery (investigatory powers) BEFORE the Court would decide the government defendants’ collective motion to dismiss this case.
The Gateway Pundit reported that the federal judge in the suit guaranteed that AG Schmitt could conduct a critical series of investigations into no less than five (5) tech companies of his choice.
This allowed AG Schmitt to compel the government AND FACEBOOK AND TWITTER and a few other social media platforms to turn over documents and communications exchanged between the government and the social media platforms, in which censorship was discussed.
In August, TGP reported that Jim Hoft himself became the lead non-governmental plaintiff in the lawsuit against the government.
TGP continues to be one of the most targeted media outlets online today. Our social media accounts had hundreds of thousands of followers before the tech giants decided to stifle our traffic, ban us, and demonetize us. We now know that led US government, in a coordinated attack involving tech giants and far left organizations was also leading efforts to censor and ban our content because, although true, it provides information that does did not conform with their unproven propaganda. We have been targeted, censored, banned, demonitized, smeared and erased. The Gateway Pundit has, however, kept the receipts.
Later in August, TGP reported a major turning point in the case came when Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg admitted in a Joe Rogan interview that Facebook algorithmically censored the Hunter Biden Laptop for 7 days following a request from the FBI to censor election “misinformation.”
This was after the government denied any collusion with Big Tech…for YEARS.
Zuckerberg’s revelation constituted a major turning point in the battle for the preservation of the First Amendment and Free Speech in America. His admission proved that the US Government and Big Tech coordinated to censor speech.
As a result of the investigation by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and others turned over evidence that ended up catching the government in a lie, red-handed. Tens of thousands of documents proved not only that the government withheld key communications directly from the White House to Big Tech, but also that the scale of the censorship effort was GOVERNMENT-WIDE. Dozens of agencies were colluding with Big Tech to pump out propaganda and censor any American (or blog or news agency) who reported contrary to the approved government narrative.

Because the MO Attorney General’s team had evidence that proved the government was deliberately withholding communications coming directly from the White House to Big Tech (among other records), MO and LA Attorneys General moved to compel the government to produce these records.

TODAY WE REPORT A BIG VICTORY – the Judge sided with the Attorneys General and ordered the government to produce the missing White House communications within 21 days.
POST ORDER COMPELLING THE GOVERNMENT HERE.
Specifically, the Federal Judge ORDERED the White House, Karine Jean-Pierre, Dr. Fauci, NIAID, and HHS to produce the communications and documents they improperly withheld within 21 days.
THIS IS ANOTHER MAJOR WIN. We fully expect bombshells when these hidden documents are finally disclosed.
Further, the Government asked the Court to harass plaintiffs by seeking early discovery against Plaintiffs. Here again, the Court made the fair and correct call and denied the government’s baseless request. YOU LOSE, SCRANTON JOE!!!
This is another major win in a series of major wins in the Missouri v. Biden case – what is quickly turning into the most important Free Speech lawsuit in the last sixty (60) years.
Keep up the prayers. We expect the government to appeal this Federal Judge’s decision and this may end up in the Supreme Court. They REALLY don’t want to turn over these records….OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY FURTHER PROVE THE GOVERNMENT TO BE FULL OF STALINIST GOONS HAPPY AS HELL TO CENSOR MILLIONS OF AMERICANS, not to mention the obsequious SJW clowns in Silicon Valley.
