This is totally normal.
Joe Biden on Tuesday traveled to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to promote his ‘Safer America Plan’ to ‘reduce gun crime.’
Biden delivered remarks at the Marts Center at Wilkes University after hiding out for several days.
Joe Biden’s speech was full of gaffes, lies and bizarre stories.
Things went sideways when Joe Biden veered off-script and told a story about being the “only white guy” working as a lifeguard in Delaware.
Biden told the crowd that this part of town, which is full of blacks, has the ‘highest crime rate in the country.’
Oh and this place with the highest crime rate also had the “best basketball” in the state.
“There’s a place where I was the only white guy that worked as a lifeguard down in that area, on the East side. And you know, you could always tell where the best basketball in the state is.”
Imagine the headlines if Trump said this.

Joe Biden has told versions of this ‘only white lifeguard’ story many times over the years.
One of the most memorable however was when he claimed he had a confrontation with a gang leader named “Corn Pop” at the pool while he was working as a lifeguard.
“And Corn Pop was a bad dude and he ran a bunch of bad boys,” Biden said as he recalled telling the gang member to get off the diving board because he had pomade in his hair.
“And I looked at him, but I was smart then, I said first of all, I said when I tell you to get off the board you get off the board, and I’ll kick you out again, but I shouldn’t have called you Esther Williams, I apologize for that,” Biden said.
This is BIZARRE!
